Pixel Caviar is a director with a decade of experience in the entertainment industry, having navigated nearly every role on set to cultivate a sharp, strategic understanding of process and production value. Splitting his time between New York City and Seoul, he weaves the distinct energy of both metropolises into his work—balancing grit with gloss, speed with precision. His aesthetic, shaped by high-contrast metallic fashion films, is strikingly bold yet effortlessly refined. In storytelling, he favors fast-paced narratives with sharply defined characters, delivering films that feel as sleek and dynamic as the worlds they inhabit.
Xavier Tera has lived many lives; he’s travelled the world, photographed famous faces, waited tables and opened restaurants. But his one true love has always been film.
Xavier’s films intertwine reality and fiction creating a distinct, stylised narrative. He artfully blends elements of the real world with creative storytelling, sometimes using a noir-ish tone and often heightening his work with touches of the surreal. These defined attributes have led to standout collaborations with artists such as Jeremy O. Harris, Harry Styles, Kaytranada and Rosalia.
Xavier’s unique voice has attracted the attention of world renowned brands, including Nike, Adidas, Burberry and Moncler and publications such as Vogue, GQ and Document Journal.
Lu Xiao Wei is a British-Taiwanese director and artist renowned for her compelling storytelling and visually striking work. Based in London and working globally, her films often explore themes of identity, social issues, and youth culture, beautifully intertwining elements of East Asian and British culture.
Alice Fassi is an Italian director based between Milan and Paris. Her work has been recognized at top international festivals, including Ciclope, Cannes YDA, 1.4, BFI, and Berlin Commercial. Drawn to the dreamlike and the absurd, she thrives on pushing boundaries and embracing the unexpected. Her bold visual language and meticulously curated art direction define her signature style. She loves adding a playful comic twist to spice up her stories, infusing her work with humor and wit.
Growing up in Canada and living in New York since 2016, Ruo Bing Li creates refined and diverse fashion and beauty imagery, capturing moments of beauty and meaning with a delicate, painterly approach. His keen attention to detail results in intimate, evocative shots, featured in publications such as Vogue, Harper’s Bazaar, T Magazine, and Wallpaper. His advertising clients include Bloomingdale’s, Nordstrom, Bobbi Brown, M.A.C, Laneige, and Oscar de la Renta, among others. In addition to still photography, Li is also a director, working across a broad range of moving image projects.
Eileen Yoon’s work spans commercial, music video, and narrative projects, exploring the pursuit of harmony within the dualities of her life: her identity as a Korean-American woman, her passion for crafting surrealist worlds that remain intimate and deeply personal, and her experience as both a director and a cinematographer.

creating fun stuff* for brave brands.
*Fun stuff applies to films and commercials only though. Not bios.
Seriously. Read on and you’ll find it as much fun as looking at a blank wall. Take this for example:
“If you value genuine, cheese-free performances, integrated visual effects that add to the story without distracting from it, or ideas that elevate the concept without reinventing it, I can help.”
See? Boring.
My work isn’t though. You can see some of that here. If you’d like to know more about how I play, check out the FUQs below, or just give me a shout.
Arthur tells stories. That’s what he does, day in and day out. He tells stories. Arthur’s approach to projects is to find the purest and essential part of the story and then emphasize it. This honest approach allows the story and the product to communicate with the viewer openly and with sincerity making the film stand out in a sea of insincerity”
Benny Nicks was born in Miami, raised in Ithaca, and blames an addiction to jaywalking on his long stint in NYC where he attended Tisch School of the Arts (2004 – 2008). Ben is a writer, director, dop, and editor who approaches filmmaking like a composer might a score, with a deep consideration for the film’s phrasing, rhythm and repetition. His practice demonstrates a gordian-like, non-hierarchical entanglement of film’s formal elements designed to stress test the medium.
Benny: Sometimes I feel more like a composer than a director; I often first think in terms of rhythm and sound and look for stories that lend themselves to complex and/or non-linear timelines. Stories that offer space for this kind of abstraction are particularly appealing.
Blake Farber is a writer-director based in New York City. Who isn’t in one place for very long. Known for his work around the globe, Blake is always on a plane heading towards a new adventure. The son of not one but two fine art photographers, Blake began his own career in film at a remarkably young age. Living on his own in the East Village of Manhattan since he was a teen, Blake quickly began work in the field of music videos, culminating with his direction of Beyonce’s “Countdown”. Transitioning rapidly into the commercial world, Blake helmed campaigns in over 30 countries for top international brands such as Nike, Pepsi, Toyota, Apple, Olympics, Ray-Ban and Guinness. Currently dividing his time between his homes in New York City and Sao Paulo, Brazil. Blake is currently in development of his debut feature film based on his adventures as a journeyman visual artist.
